Warranty All products are backed by a warranty of at least 1 year and up to a lifetime. However, buyers should be aware of the following limitations.

* Buyers should notify us of any defects or discrepancies, including wrong or missing items within 7 days upon receipt of the products. * All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. * Products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect or unauthorized repair are not covered under the warranty. * Buyers should deal with the manufacturer of the item if the products carry direct warranty services (i.e. CPUs, monitors, hard drives, etc). * Buyers are responsible for any shipping charges incurred for returned products within the warranty period.



RMA Procedure All products under the warranty period are eligible for service or repair only if the following criteria are met.

* Buyers should obtain an RMA number prior to the return of any product. Any return without an RMA number will be refused. To obtain an RMA number, simply call our support team or email us at rma@iwin2win.com. * Buyers are responsible for any shipping charges for items returned to us. Damage during the shipment process will not be covered. * All returned products should include the original manuals, drivers, software, and a copy of the original invoice and a detailed description of the problem. Missing any one of these may result in the delay of your refund. * Products that have been physically damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, or otherwise modified will not be accepted. * If products are found to be non-defective, a diagnostic fee of $10.00 may be assessed.
